I loved the fact that the movie puts the flow state as the place where we are closest to touching the divine. In the space outside of the physical world as we know it, the space between. What I have come to learn is that our flow state, our state of no thought, our state of not being caught in our ego or personal thinking is actually our natural state. we don't need to find it just like we don't need to find our passion. it is there, it is our birthright. it is the whisper that we hear in our deepest space of wisdom before our insecure thoughts show up. and when we realize this, we don't have to go look for it. we can just trust it. it allows us to have a new relationship with our ego-thoughts and be able to see that they aren't our true self. this is the message that i heard in the movie regarding go live life. the idea that in one moment tasting pizza is our flow state and in another it is teaching or creating music. that life is made up of unlimited moments all strung together and that our job is to trust the small voice within and not worry so much about the loud voice of insecurity or need or "supposed to". that when we settle down, when we get quiet, that is when we find out true self and when we find out true self we have found our flow. it is pure love, connection to others, it is at the core of who we are, it is always with us, always wise and only ever covered up by the illusions that our self created thinking create. I loved the movie too! ❤
