I love what you are pointing to Karen, there is something so deeply spiritual about reaching inside to our inner self and then going deeper. And In the depth of our truest self we find an unlimited space of possibility. The space where ideas and possibility are born. And we know that it is limitless because we can feel it’s unlimited potential. And if we stop and we notice, we can see that the only thing blocking our limitless potential is thought itself. And the thought seems so real in the moment but if we keep looking we can see that it is as elusive as a cloud. Our hands can reach right through it and if we stand in it we can’t even see it, the thin veil of thoughts, anymore. And then we can return to the space of limitless possibility and feel whole and perfect and, as you so beautifully put it, fully grateful for all that is.
